Job Description
We are a local neighborhood pet store located in Nob Hill and we are looking for a few team members who can make customers feel welcome and who can provide excellent customer service.
All positions available: Managers/Assistant Managers/Shift Leaders/Sales Associates
We are looking for full time and part time.
We are open 7 days a week: 10am-6:30pm
BASIC RESPOSIBILITIES Would Be:
Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and services)
Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
Cross-sell products
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
